- Order value between Rs.350-Rs.599: Shipping Charges Rs.59
- Free Shipping: Prepaid orders of Rs.599 and above qualify for free shipping.

- STATGRO primarily ships within India. For overseas customers, it is recommended to ship products to an Indian address and arrange further shipping independently.

Shipping Delay Policy

Liability:
- Inkarto shall not be held liable for any delays in shipping beyond our control, particularly those caused by third-party courier services.

Refund and Compensation:
- In cases of delays not attributable to natural calamities (e.g., rain, floods, earthquakes) where stationery products must be held back to avoid damage, STATGRO offers a full refund and compensation of 18% of the order value. Compensation is calculated based on the number of days delayed.

Late Deliveries:
- Late deliveries are considered only after 15 days from the date of placing the order.

Claims:
- To be eligible for a refund and compensation, customers must submit their claims via email exclusively to Contact.statgro@gmail.com. This policy does not apply to delays caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
Jurisdiction
- All matters related to this shipping policy and any associated disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UTTARPRADESH
